How long will it take after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation the same business day you place your order. We will immediately process your order and email you a proof within three business days after your order was placed. You must verify that the proof is correct via email. Printing will not begin until you have verified your proof. After we hear from you, we will print your order within three to five business days and ship it to you. Shipping time will vary depending on the method you choose. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to shipping or manufacturing back orders.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as we have not begun to print it. Once the order has been printed and/or the proof is approved it is a final sale.
Personalization Orders - We can not accept returns on personalization orders. See above for cancellation of printing orders.
What if there is a printing error?
If Babyavacreations.com products contain a printing error caused by our production staff, we will gladly replace your order at no charge to you. We may ask you to return the erroneous cards at our expense. Although we do try to catch obvious entry errors, we can not replace cards after printing at no charge if the error was contained in the copy you provide, so please check your copy carefully before submitting your order and review the e-mail containing your proof promptly and throughly. E-mail us right away if you need to make changes. In cases of customer error, we will reprint your order at half price.
What is the minimum order? Should I order extras?
Minimum orders for announcements and invitations are 20. We always recommend that you order at least 10 extra thank you cards. You will probably receive more gifts than you expect.
Will my announcement require extra postage?
Some square designs may require extra postage. Please check with your local post office before mailing. We are not responsible for returns due to insufficient postage. |
